Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre, An Ihg Hotel, Liverpool

The hotel offers a mix of good and not-so-great features. The rooms were clean and generally well-stocked, but they could use some updating as the padlock on the door felt outdated. The heating system in our room had a small issue of blowing out cold air after heating up. We only stayed for one night.
